Moon River/Solo Guitar By Snufkin Osamu





It was a hot summer day in New York today, 

 so I decided to play an attic live up on my apartment.

Today's song will be Moon River that was requested by my friend.

It was sung on a famous classical movie "Breakfast at Tiffany's" And
I remember the scene where Audrey Hepburn played on the guitar at the window of her apartment in New York.

I will play this song for you on the rooftop of my New York apartment.

Played in May 2020 while being embraced by Mother Earth and Father Sky during the lockdown.

Wonderful World

I played a famous song by Louis Armstrong on the guitar solo. It is sung by many other famous artists, but what impresses me is that Israel “Iz” KamakawiwoĘ»ole, a Hawaiian Musician, sang along with the ukulele. At the beginning of the song lyrics look like this. "I see trees of green, red roses too I see them bloom for me and you And I think to myself what a wonderful world. I see skies of blue and clouds of white The bright blessed day, the dark sacred night And I think to myself what a wonderful world.~~" I like this song very much that celebrates the life of the earth and people  while describing the beautiful days that are as usual. With such simple impressions, I think we can overflow our gratitude during this period of time. Everything is a miracle and always changing. So I think that our life and all beings are precious. A blizzard came in the winter of New York for the first time in a few years. It's been a warm winter for the last several years, so I was wondering how many years it would have been for such a vigorous snowstorm, and the strong winds and side-strike powder snow continued to fall all day long. The weather forecast said so yesterday, so I'm glad I bought some food at the supermarket. Stay home all day and prepare for hibernation So here is the outside view taken from the window of my house during the day. When I looked out for a while, the birds were flying even in such a snowstorm, but it seems that they are rather being blown away. I felt a little sorry.
